We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse InCharge to ensure the smooth and organized operation of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving and storing products to managing inventory and coordinating shipments.

• Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation laws and requirements.
• Oversee operations including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance of products.
• Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
• Manage the constant flow of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Ensure accurate inventory management in the ERP system.
• Prepare replenishment inventory levels for fast-moving consumables.
• Regularly reconcile physical stock with system data.
• Plan worker schedules for expected shipments.
• Manage materials undergoing description changes and update labels accordingly.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity.
• Coordinate and manage daily movements of company vehicles.
• Report warehouse issues to management promptly.
• Ensure health, safety, hygiene, and security standards are maintained in the warehouse.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in a Related Subject
• Resident of Coimbatore
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry
• Fluency in English
