Supply chain Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Supply chain Manager to join our team. As a Supply chain Manager, you will be responsible for handling various aspects of shipping processes for both local and international shipments. Your primary duties will include:

• Preparing shipping documents for local and international shipments
• Preparing the LGP (Local Goods Permit) and gate pass
• Monitoring the LGP and ensuring timely execution of shipments before expiration
• Issuing the freight POS (Proof of Shipment) on a weekly basis
• Arranging local collection and delivery logistics
• Coordinating with sales, purchase, production, and supply chain teams for import and export shipments
• Reporting daily delivery and collection activities
• Coordinating with Production and Store departments to arrange packing lists
• Collaborating with local forwarders to arrange Bill of Entry (BOE)
• Arranging Proof of Delivery (POD) for each shipment and submitting reports to the Finance Department for Payment Collection weekly
• Coordinating with customs audit consultants for ongoing audits
• Ensuring proper filing of supporting documents upon completion of each export shipment

• Bachelors or Masters degree in a Related Subject
• Resident of Coimbatore
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry
• Fluency in English
