- Welcoming and greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate department
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintaining the office supplies and inventories
- Creating and organizing files
- Indexing the relevant files into the appropriate databases
Job requirements
