  • Welcoming and greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate department
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
  • Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Maintaining the office supplies and inventories
  • Creating and organizing files
  • Indexing the relevant files into the appropriate databases

Job requirements

  • Fluent In English
  • Secondary education or Bachelors Degree
