Service Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Inspecting, installing, and testing welding machinery in factory and customer sites
• Servicing both warranty and outside warranty machines in UAE and other countries
• Mastering the troubleshooting of all inverter-based Welding Machines including ARC, MIG, TIG, SPM, Brazing, Plasma Welding, and Cutting Machines
• Providing support to the sales team by generating new welding equipment inquiries and increasing spare parts business
• Interacting with the supply center as needed for customer complaints and warranty claims

• Diploma/ITI in Electrical & Electronics
• 
  Understanding the electrical circuits/PCB Boards/Manuals for any new models & different type of Machineries.
• Valid UAE Driving license
• 2 to 3 years in all Inverter Based Welding, Brazing & Cutting Equipment’s.
• PCB Board level soldering & Repairing of Brazing torch will be preferable.
