Job description
- Sales & Marketing support for Maintenance and Repair Products, Thermal Spray Coatings, Engineering Epoxies, Wear Parts, VRM, Welding services, etc
- Travelling to potential clients, searching new clients, and generating high quality sales leads who could benefit from Castolin product and services.
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
- Advise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets.
- Recording and maintaining sales data.
- Following policies regarding submission of reports.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics
- Develop customer base and generate new applications to increase sales
- Identify and appoint new business partners at strategic locations
- Achieve the company targets through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data and projecting future performance
- Monitor competition, economic indicators, industry trends & regular update to management reg information on competitor’s new products, services, pricing structures and activities from both commercial and technical aspects.
- Conducting Seminars, demos, trails and technical presentations and training
- Managing the customer and industry data in your territory.
- Report submission to respective managers on weekly basis .
- Coordinate and develop new local sales force.
- Having regular update on the stock and inventory held by our business partners and ensure all our key products are available with them at any given point of time
- Close coordination with supply chain department and ensure that deliveries are done on time as per mentioned INCOTERMS
- Coordinate with production center for drawings, jobs, stock, logistics, etc
- Manage all direct and indirect sales and payment collection from direct clients and distributors.
Job requirements
Please ensure that all applicants meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 4-5 or more years of successful sales experience in technical sales, preferred in welding segment
- English Conversational proficiency
- Should be a local resident of Kazakh
- Energetic and self-motivated individual
- Well organized, with good time management skills
- High level of integrity and committed to serving clients
- Strong interpersonal skills and a strong ability to listen
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; excellent computer and telephone skills
- Detail-oriented and versatile
- Must have excellent relationship building skills with the ability to work within the team
