Job description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager-North India to drive growth in the Maintenance and Repair welding products sector. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and expanding our market presence in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the maintenance and repair welding products sector.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities and increase sales.
  • Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Create and execute sales plans, including setting targets, developing promotional strategies, and coordinating with the sales team.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest products and technologies in welding and maintenance, and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
  • Reporting: Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the welding or maintenance sector
  • Strong understanding of welding products and maintenance services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Age Limit: Max 40
