Castolin Eutectic Ireland has been manufacturing in Ireland for almost 60 years. We are based in a modern purpose-built facility in Magna Business Park, Citywest, Dublin 24.

The Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental Manager has overall responsibility for Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Compliance at our site in Dublin.



  • Be an advocate of company values and an ambassador for Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental stewardship across the site
  • Lead the site Quality team, having overall responsibility for Quality
  • Drive Quality & Efficiency into manufacturing and Supply Chain operations and processes
  • Work with the Global Quality Director to grow and develop the Quality Management System, with a focus on the use of Quality Tools and in line with the company’s commitment to continuous improvement, excellent product quality and best-in-class customer service
  • Ownership of the site Quality Management System
  • Maintenance of ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System to ensure compliance
  • Responsible for the maintenance of ISO14001: 2015 Environmental Management System
  • Ownership of Health & Safety in all its aspects across the site
  • Lead Auditor with responsibility for internal audit process and coordination with audit bodies for external audits
  • Responsible for dealing with all aspects of Customer Complaint and Non-Conformance management
  • Provide back-up for our analytical laboratory, testing raw materials and finished product when necessary
  • Supporting the manufacturing team and the product approval process



Job requirements

  • 3rd Level qualification or equivalent in a science or engineering related discipline with a minimum of 4 years’ experience
  • Working Knowledge of ISO standards and the ISO certification process
  • Knowledge of Environmental and Health & Safety systems
  • People management and people development skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Good interpersonal skills and be a team player
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications
