Purchasing Controlling & Reporting Data Analyst (m/f/d)

• Responsibility for the evaluation and analysis of purchasing-specific figures and KPIs
• Benchmark analysis, identification of deviations
• Preparation of decision recommendations
• Preparation of spend budget and saving forecasts
• Reconciliation of figures with Finance and Purchasing Management
• Maintenance and updating of prices and material standard cost
• Continuous maintenance and development of procurement databases and BI-spend cube
• Preparation of standard and ad-hoc reports for the Management

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance or in Business Economics/Accounting with major in Finance
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in Finance Operations
• Excellent analytical skills, dealing with vast amount of data
• Advanced Excel, BI/Tableau, SQL skills
• Basic know-how of Finance analysis (Experience in accounting and reporting principles), Data analytics (How to generate reports to provide insight to support decision making) and P&L/budget reporting as well as Accounting
• Excellent command of English
• Experience with Business Intelligence solutions, preferably SAP BO and working experience in industrial production is a plus
