IT Project Management Office (m/f/d)

• Embark in a key role for managing our Business Application Transformation Program, supporting our Program Director and ERP/CRM Project
• Management Team for project success
• Collaborate with project managers in the program to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
• Develop, implement and roll-out project management methodologies, processes and tools
• Ensure project governance and compliance with company policies and standards
• Facilitate project planning and monitoring activities
• Manage and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and issue logs
• Support project managers in resource allocation and project financial management (budgeting, planning, forecasting, operational cost control)
• Provide project status reports and escalate potential issues to stakeholders
• Develop and implement effective communication strategies for all project stakeholders
• Coordinate and manage project communications, including regular project updates, team meetings and stakeholder presentations

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Economics)
• 5+ years of experience in project management (office), with a focus on IT projects
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, , with a strong focus on communication management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, MS DevOps, JIRA) as well as Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
• Certification in a PM methodology is a plus (PMP, PRINCE2 etc.)
