Group Marketing Project Manager

Castolin Eutectic is a global leader in cost-effective repair and maintenance solutions. The company offers maintenance, surface protection and special joining using welding, brazing and coating technologies in different industry sectors, such as oil & gas, steel, chemical, waste & recycling, pulp & paper, glass, power generation, agriculture and mining.

We are looking for a Group Marketing Project Manager based in Villebon-sur-Yvette 91140 (France) and part of the global corporate marketing team. In a dynamic and friendly working environment, you would be in charge of three projects: a new internal learning platform (for employees only) built in a very intuitive LMS, a remote maintenance application for smartphones & PCs, as well as a new e-commerce website. All projects are already advanced, being in the pre-launch phase – you have to make them fly!

• Manage the project launch, ensure user adoption, provide user support
• Work in collaboration with the LMS cloud service provider, internal IT Team for integration in current infrastructure and product managers / key industry managers for content updates
• For the e-commerce website, work in collaboration with the developer and marketing for promotional activities
• For the remote maintenance app, liaise with the service provider & in-house working group to define use cases, perform field tests and add value

• Get stuff done attitude and ability to work autonomously
• 2-3 years of project management or digital marketing experience
• Previous experience with LMSes and e-commerce highly desirable, intuition and ease with web tools
• Project management skills, comfortable with planning and executing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal, influencing and persuasion skills to facilitate user adoption
• Fluent in English, French is a plus
