Country Manager -Sales

• Works in conjunction with distributor/ service partner team to promote company’s products & services & achieve sales target.
• Develop & standardize applications with core sector industries ( Cement , Steel, Power )
• Mentor distributor sales team on application selling in key industries
• Ready to do extensive on field customer visits to promote company’s products/solutions.
• Strategize & implement sales action plan for business growth
• Conduct customer seminars /demonstrations.
• Should be a team player.

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering
• Application knowledge in Mining, Cement, Steel, Power & Industry is must.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Go getter attitude
• Able to work under timeline pressure
• Able to start immediately or with short notice

Preferably with previous experience of selling Maintenance & repair welding solutions
