Corporate Human Resources Generalist (m/f/d)

Job description

  • Collaboration on global projects in cooperation with the Corp HR team
  • Support with different HR related processes and projects (e.g., HRIS, ESG, GDPR, Reporting, Onboarding, Offboarding, Workshops etc.)
  • Close collaboration with different departments to ensure employees' development (IT, Finance, Operations etc.)
  • Support with the implementation and follow-through of all relevant Corp HR-policies
  • Administer HR-related documentation, forms and maintain employee data / statistics / analytics
  • Support Corp HR (e.g. create and maintain data bases & reports) as well as pro-actively support Local HR / employees in all operational and administrative Corp HR matters
  • Talent sourcing for selected positions
  • Provide administrative support to Corporate HR Functions

Job requirements

  • Ability to work independently, but also a collaborative team player
  • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience
  • Competence to handle multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency
  • Proficient level of French
  • Fluency in English is a must, any other language is a plus
  • Flexible and multitasking skills are needed, with the ability to adapt to changeable conditions
  • Good organizational skills with an eye for details
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Job position in Company´s Corporate HQ based in Kriftel (greater Frankfurt metropolitan area)
  • Valid visa to work in Germany
  • Open and intercultural mindset
