- Define processes and system requirements for introduction of a global transport management and central warehouse management system
- Meeting with clients to discuss areas of focus and improvement within the business.
- Create and implement initiatives, business process development, and operative process management
- Collect information and evaluate them in the alignment of project goals and organization goals
- Testing of future solution as part of the project team
- Training of business users
- Carry out Analysis of present processes and identify opportunities to enhance processes
- Create process plans that contain project goals, milestones, and resources
- Process definition and optimization in the areas of supply chain, transport logistics and warehouse management
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, accounting, or similar
- Experienced in a Key User role for systems of similar scope, ideally in the area of SAP or Microsoft ERP and / or expert systems in the logistics area, ideally EPG and AEB
- Experience in warehouse and transport operations and implementation
- Microsoft Office 365 knowledge (Power BI, Power Point, Excel)
- Experience in MS Dynamics 365 F&O
- Excellent communication skills & team player
- Experience in conducting system trainings
- Fluent English language skills, preferably additional language skills e.g. French, Spanish
- Willingness to travel
- EU work permit / visa required
